This policy explains what information Peak AI Systems LLC ("Peak AI Systems," "we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, email us, or talk with us, we collect what you share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and details about your business.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. We may also use cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising.
How we use your information

- To contact you by email, phone, or text message (texts only if you opt in)
- To understand how our website and ads perform
- To keep our site and services secure and to meet legal obligations
Text messages
If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may text you about your request and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, customer relationship management, and analytics or advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
- Business changes, such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Information we handle for our clients
When a business hires us, we may work with contact lists and customer data that belong to that business, for example to run a lead reactivation campaign. In that case we handle the data on the client's behalf and under our agreement with them. If you were contacted by a business we work with, that business's own privacy policy governs how your information is used, and you can contact them directly about it.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and adjust how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them yet.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure HTTPS connections and limited access to our accounts. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we take protecting it seriously.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. To make a request, email us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
