Paid campaigns that keep new work coming in.

We build and run Facebook and Instagram campaigns that put you in front of people who need what you do, then watch them daily so costs don't drift. If you want leads qualified before they hit your phone, we handle that too.

We'll work out what a lead needs to cost for this to be worth doing before you spend anything.

How a lead reaches youMeta campaign

Built and run by us. You get the leads.

01 Your ad runsTargeted to your service area and the people most likely to need the work.
02 They fill out the formDone inside Facebook or Instagram, which keeps cost per lead down.
03 Qualified by textOPTIONALContacted within a minute to confirm what they need and when.
04 Delivered to youStraight to your phone, inbox, or CRM, with everything the form captured.
You quote the job. We keep the pipeline full.

What this is

Paid advertising, run properly. We build the campaigns, write the ads, design the forms, manage targeting, and watch the numbers daily. Campaigns don't hold up on their own. Costs drift and creative wears out, so the work is in the adjusting.

We start with Meta for most local businesses. Facebook and Instagram lead forms let someone submit their details without leaving the app, which keeps cost per lead well below sending traffic to a landing page.

You fund the ads directly, in your own account, and pay us monthly to run them. You see exactly what was spent and what it produced, and the account stays yours if we ever part ways.

The part most agencies skip is what happens after the form comes in. A lead that sits six hours is worth a fraction of one contacted in sixty seconds, so we offer to handle that first contact.

Two ways to take delivery

Same campaigns underneath. The difference is the first minute after someone fills out a form.

STANDARD

Raw leads, delivered

Every lead lands with you the moment it comes in, with whatever the form captured. Your team takes it from there.

Good if you have someone who answers fast and you want to own the first conversation.

ADD-ON

Qualified before you get them

We text every new lead within about a minute, confirm what they need and whether they're in your area, then hand over the ones worth your time with the answers attached.

This is where most of the value sits. It's optional, and you can add it later once you've seen the raw volume.

What changes

Four things, once campaigns are running.

Volume you control

Need more work next month? Spend more. Booked solid? Pull back. Referrals don't have a dial. This does.

Campaigns that keep improving

Watched continuously and adjusted as costs move and creative fatigues, instead of set up once and reviewed at month end.

Numbers you can check

Spend, leads, cost per lead, and what closed. The ad account is yours, so you verify it yourself.

Leads reached while warm

With qualification on, someone hears back in a minute instead of the next business day. That's often the whole difference.

How we run them

Most ad accounts underperform because nobody is watching closely enough to catch problems early. Ours are monitored by systems built for exactly that.

Watched continuously, not monthly

Performance is checked against set thresholds around the clock. Rising costs and tired creative get caught while they're still cheap to fix.

Decisions follow rules

We don't judge a campaign in under 72 hours and we don't scale one on a good afternoon. Cutting and scaling happen against set criteria, which keeps emotion out of your budget.

Creative volume on purpose

On today's Meta, the creative does most of the targeting. We run many variations so the platform has real material to work with.

Tracking before spending

Server-side conversion tracking is in place before anything goes live. Without it you're optimizing on bad data and paying for it.

Every meaningful change is reviewed by a person before it goes live. The systems catch what someone watching part-time would miss. The judgment calls stay with us.

What the research says*

Two things matter: what a lead costs, and what happens in the minutes after you get it.

What paid leads cost

$27.66 Cross-industry average cost per lead on Facebook lead ads, at a 7.72% conversion rate.WordStream 2025/2026 benchmarks
$30–$50 Typical range for service businesses like home services and construction. High-value trades such as roofing run higher.Industry benchmark reporting, 2026
20–30% Cheaper to use in-app lead forms than to send ad traffic to a landing page. That's why we build them that way.WordStream analysis

Why the first minute decides it

21× More likely to qualify a lead when you make contact within five minutes instead of thirty.MIT / InsideSales Lead Response Study
60× More likely to qualify a lead responding within an hour versus waiting a day.Harvard Business Review, 15,000 leads
40+ hrs Average business response time to a new lead. That gap is what turns paid leads into wasted spend.Independent lead response studies

The only benchmark that matters

A $70 lead is great for a business closing $9,000 jobs and terrible for one closing $400 jobs. Before you spend anything, work out your own ceiling:

Break-even cost per lead = average customer value × the share of leads you close

If a job is worth $1,000 and you close one lead in twenty, your break-even is $50. Anything under that makes money. We work this out with you before launching, because a campaign that can't clear it isn't worth running.

*On sourcing: cost-per-lead figures come from advertising benchmark reports and vary widely by industry, season, and region, so treat them as a range rather than a quote. Q4 always costs more than Q1. The response-time research is sturdier, drawn from independent studies replicated for years. Your own numbers depend on your market and your close rate, which we work out together first.

What we set up

From first call to live campaigns, usually two to three weeks.

Work out the math

Average job value, close rate, service area, and capacity. We establish what a lead can cost and whether ads make sense for you at all.

Build the campaign

Creative, copy, targeting, and lead forms with qualifying questions, running from your own ad account.

Launch and tune

We start small, test against real results, and scale spend only once the cost per lead holds.

Deliver and report

Leads route to you as they arrive, qualified first if you've added that. Plain monthly reporting on spend and cost per lead.

Questions we get

Ask us anything not covered here and you'll get a straight answer.

You do, through your own Meta ad account. We charge a monthly fee to build and manage the campaigns. Keeping spend in your account means you see every dollar in real time, and the account and its history stay yours.

Yes. Every lead goes to you alone. We don't resell leads and we won't run the same campaign for two competing businesses in the same area.

It depends on your break-even cost per lead and how many leads you can handle. There is a practical floor, because campaigns need enough data to optimize. We'll give you a real number on the first call.

Usually within days. Real conclusions take longer. The first few weeks are spent testing, and cost per lead typically improves as the campaign gathers data. Judge it over a month or two, not a week.

Lead quality is usually fixable through targeting, ad copy, and the questions on the form. We'd rather send fewer, better leads than flood you with cheap ones. If quality can't be solved in your market, we'll tell you.

A monthly management fee, plus whatever you spend on ads. Lead qualification is priced separately since it runs continuously. We quote once we've worked out your numbers.

Find out what a lead should cost you

Tell us what you do, what a job is worth, and where you work. We'll come back with a realistic cost per lead for your market, what monthly spend would produce the volume you want, and whether this is worth doing at all.

  • Campaigns watched and tuned continuously
  • Ad spend stays in your own account
  • We'll tell you if the math doesn't work
