Home / Lead reactivation

The work is already in your CRM. Nobody has time to chase it.

We reach back out to the leads you already paid for, the quotes that went quiet and the callers nobody circled back to, and book the ones still interested. No new ad spend.

We'll look at your actual list and tell you what's realistically recoverable before you commit to anything.

Hi Dana, it's Ryan at Miller Roofing. We quoted your garage roof back in March. Still thinking about getting that done?Reply STOP to opt out
Honestly yes, we just never got around to it
Happy to pick it back up. Would Thursday morning or Friday afternoon work better?

What this is

Every business with a CRM is sitting on contacts that went nowhere. Someone called for a quote and never heard back. A form came in during a busy week. Somebody said "let me think about it" a year ago. All of them raised their hand once.

We build an outreach campaign that works through that list. Personal text messages in your voice, sent at sensible hours, with real conversation handling when someone replies. Interested people go to your calendar. Everyone else gets a polite exit.

It isn't a blast. A generic mass text annoys people and gets your number flagged. What works is a message that references what they actually asked about, with an easy way to say no.

We usually start here because it's the fastest thing to prove. You already own the list, so there's no ad spend to earn back first.

What changes

Four things, once this is running.

Revenue without new ad spend

You already paid to get these leads once. Anything they turn into now is about the cheapest revenue available to you.

Nobody has to remember

Follow-up fails because it depends on a busy person getting to it. On a schedule, it happens whether anyone thinks about it or not.

A cleaner list

You find out who's still in the market, who moved on, and who was never a fit. Your pipeline stops being a graveyard.

Fewer competitors getting the job

People who wanted work done usually get it done eventually. Reaching out first is often the whole difference.

What the research says*

The numbers below are worth knowing. What they mean for your list is worth measuring.

Why those leads are still sitting there

60–70% Of leads in a typical service business CRM never get a proper follow-up sequence. One call, maybe two, then written off.Industry reporting
80% Of a lead's value decays within thirty days without follow-up. Not because they stopped needing the work. Attention just moves on.Industry reporting
~60% Of homeowners who got a quote and didn't move forward finish that project within eighteen months. The only question is who does it.Industry reporting, home services

What reactivation typically returns

8–15% Typical reactivation rate on a dormant list when outreach runs across more than one channel.Industry benchmark, vendor-reported
22–28% Reported close rate on re-engaged leads, against 12–18% for brand new ones. They already decided they want the work.Industry benchmark, vendor-reported
60–80% Lower cost per qualified lead than buying new ones, since you already paid to acquire these.Industry benchmark, vendor-reported
*On sourcing: these come from industry reporting and from benchmarks published by companies that sell reactivation. There isn't strong independent research in this category yet, so we treat them as directional ranges, not expected outcomes. What your list returns depends on your industry, the age of the leads, and the condition of the data. That's what the free audit measures.

What we set up

Usually a couple of weeks.

Audit your list

How many contacts, how old, how they were captured, and what shape the data is in. You get an honest estimate of what's worth pursuing.

Write the outreach

Messages in your voice, sorted by what each person originally wanted, with opt-out handling built in.

Test a small batch

We run a slice first so you can read real replies and adjust tone before it goes out wide.

Scale and report

The full campaign runs, replies route to you, and you get plain reporting on contacted, replied, and booked.

Questions we get

Ask us anything not covered here and you'll get a straight answer.

It can be, and the details matter. The rules cover consent, opt-outs, and timing, and how your leads were originally captured affects what you can send them. We check that during the audit, build opt-out handling in by default, and tell you if part of your list isn't safe to contact. We're not attorneys, so anything unusual we'll send you to one.

A generic blast would. We sort by what each person actually asked about, write like a person, send at reasonable hours, and make opting out easy. Most people don't mind a polite message about something they inquired about. The ones who do leave quietly, and that's fine too.

Older than most people expect. A few months to a couple of years can work, because the need often hasn't gone away. Very old lists have more bad numbers, so expect a lower rate, not a zero rate.

Most are. Duplicates, missing fields, three spreadsheets and a CRM nobody finished migrating. Cleaning that up is part of the work, and you keep a more usable database either way.

Reactivation suits performance-based pricing, so you pay on results rather than a big fee up front. We quote after the audit, once we know the size and condition of your list.

You'll see that in the reporting, and you won't be locked into anything long-term. The audit exists partly so we can tell you up front if your list is too small or too old to be worth it.

Find out what's actually recoverable

Send us some context about your lead list. We'll come back with how many contacts are worth pursuing, a realistic recovery range for your industry, and what it would take to run it.

  • Based on your real list, not an industry average
  • Performance-based pricing available
  • We'll tell you if it isn't worth doing
