When someone asks AI who to call, are you in the answer?

Your customers are asking ChatGPT and Google's AI for a recommendation before they ever open a website. We make sure your business is one of the names that comes back.

We'll ask the AI tools what your customers ask and show you exactly what they say about you today.

Asked in ChatGPTThis morning
Who should I call for a roof repair in north Dallas? Small job, need it done this month.
THE ANSWER IT GAVE
1 Northside RoofingWell reviewed for small repairs, publishes clear pricing.
2 Miller RoofingHandles repairs as well as replacements, fast scheduling.
3 Lakeview ExteriorsGood for storm damage and insurance claims.
Three names. No search results. No website visit.

What this is

For twenty years, getting found meant ranking on Google. That still matters. But a growing share of customers now ask an AI assistant instead, read the answer, and pick a name from it. They never see a list of links at all.

Those answers get assembled from what the AI can find and trust about you: your website, your listings, review sites, directories, and anywhere else your business is mentioned. If that information is thin, scattered, or inconsistent, you get left out of the answer even when you're the better choice.

Our job is to fix that. We make your business easy for these systems to read, verify, and recommend. Same goal as showing up on Google. Different rules.

This is the newest of our services and the one fewest of your competitors are doing anything about, which is exactly why it's worth starting now.

What changes

Four things, once this is in place.

You show up where people now decide

Being in the answer is the new version of being on page one. If three names come back and you aren't one of them, the customer never knows you existed.

Your facts stop being wrong

AI repeats whatever it finds. Old hours, a closed location, services you dropped. Cleaning that up fixes what these tools say about you everywhere.

Better visitors when they do click

People arriving from an AI answer have already read about you and decided you're worth a look. They show up further along than a cold search visitor.

It compounds while others wait

Most local businesses haven't started. Getting established as a trusted source now is far easier than catching up in two years.

What the research says*

Two shifts worth understanding: fewer people click, and the ones who do are worth more.

Search is turning into answers

~68% Of US Google searches ended without a click in early 2026. When an AI Overview appears, that climbs to roughly 80%.SparkToro / Similarweb, 2026

900M Weekly ChatGPT users as of February 2026, more than double a year earlier.OpenAI, February 2026

The visitors you do get are better

693% Growth in AI referral traffic to US retail sites over the 2025 holiday season compared with a year earlier.Adobe Digital Insights, January 2026
31% Better conversion from AI-referred visitors than non-AI traffic over that same period.Adobe Digital Insights, January 2026
4.4× Conversion rate of AI-referred visitors compared with traditional organic search visitors.Semrush, 2025
*On sourcing: this field is about two years old and the numbers move fast. Different studies report zero-click rates anywhere from 58% to 68% depending on how they count, so treat any single figure as a ballpark. The Adobe data is the sturdiest here, drawn from over a trillion visits to US retail sites, though retail is a rough stand-in for local services rather than a direct match. We'd rather show you what AI actually says about your business today than lean on somebody else's averages.

What we set up

First results in a few weeks. Real momentum takes a few months.

See where you stand

We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI the questions your customers ask, and record whether you come up, what they say, and who beats you.

Fix the foundations

Your name, address, hours, and services made identical everywhere they appear, plus the behind-the-scenes markup that tells AI what your business is.

Write what AI cites

Pages that answer real customer questions directly, with the specifics and clear pricing these systems prefer to quote.

Track it monthly

We re-run the same questions every month so you can see your visibility move rather than take our word for it.

Questions we get

Ask us anything not covered here and you'll get a straight answer.

Related, but not the same. Good SEO helps, and ranking well still matters. The difference is that AI systems don't just pick the top result. They pull from sources they trust, including places you don't control, and they favor content that answers a question plainly. Ranking first on Google no longer guarantees you show up in the answer.

No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. Nobody controls these systems and they change constantly. What we can do is fix the things that demonstrably affect whether you get cited, then measure your visibility every month so you can see whether it's working.

Some fixes land within weeks, especially when your business information is wrong or missing in places AI reads. Building up the kind of presence that gets you recommended consistently takes a few months. This is the slowest of our services and the most compounding.

By asking. We run a fixed set of the questions your customers actually ask across the major AI tools each month and track whether you appear, where, and how you're described. It isn't a traffic number, but it's the honest measure of whether you're in the answer.

Fair question, and it depends on your customers. If they're the type to ask an AI assistant for a recommendation, it's already happening. The free check answers this for your business specifically rather than in the abstract, and if the answer is not yet, we'll say so.

A setup fee for the initial cleanup and content work, then a monthly amount for tracking and ongoing adjustments. Because this compounds slowly, it works best as a longer arrangement, and we'll be upfront about that rather than promising quick wins.
